- TO SEND ALL MAILS TO CLIENTS REGARDING ESTIMATES, CHANGES EXTRA WORKS, SAVING ALL WORK ORDER DOCUMENTS PROPERLY, AND TO MAKE ENTRIES IN THE GOOGLE DRIVE OF WORK ORDER AND EXTRA WORKS AFTER DISCUSSION WITH PM
- TO MAKE COMPARITIVE CHECKS BETWEEN ESTIMATES AND BILLS AS LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR COMPLETE OFFICE TEAMS
- TO MAKE AN IDEAL BOQ SOFTWARE WITH THE ENG FOR QUICK FAST ESTIMATION WORKS WITH ALL SPECS, AND TO MAKE RESEARCH ON SUCH THINGS TO DO MORE ACCURATE WORKS
- TO MAKE SURE ALL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTS, MODE OF PAYMENTS ARE MENTIONED BY US IN ALL OUR COST MAILS, AND TO CHK THE WORK ORDER THOROUGHLY AND BRING TO NOTICE IF ALL OUR CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED BY THE CLIENTS AND TO ALSO CHK IF CLIENTS HAVE ADDED ANY ADDITIONAL POINTS AND PENALTY CLAUSES
