**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Sales Representative** who can open doors into the K-12 ecosystem—private schools, international schools, and alternative learning institutions.
This is not your traditional sales gig. You’ll be shaping the educational future of thousands of kids. If you love meeting educators, telling powerful stories, and closing meaningful deals, this is your stage.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Lead Generation & Outreach**
- Identify decision-makers in K-12 institutions: principals, school directors, and curriculum heads.
**2. Product Pitching & Demoing**
- Conduct engaging presentations and demos of Ivy School’s programs to school stakeholders.
- Articulate the value of Ivy’s unique curriculum and its real-world outcomes for students.
**3. Relationship Building**
- Develop long-term relationships with educators, influencers, and parent communities.
- Be the face of Ivy School in all interactions—professional, responsive, and mission-driven.
**4. Conversion & Revenue Generation**
- Convert leads to partnerships—whether it’s direct enrollments, schoolwide collaborations, or referral arrangements.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
**5. Feedback Loop**
- Capture market insights, school feedback, and competitor information to inform product and strategy teams.
**Who You Are**
**Must-Haves**:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in edtech, publishing, or K-12 sectors.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills—confident over Zoom or in-person.
- Self-starter with experience managing your own pipeline and hitting targets.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (bonus: regional language proficiency).
**Bonus If You Have**:
- Existing network in Indian private/international schools.
- Experience in school-facing roles (admissions, partnerships, consulting).
- Background in education, child development, or teaching.
