**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and increase sales opportunities.
- Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to customers.
- Handle Objections: Address and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Results-Driven: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
