**Key Responsibilities**:
**Publishing Coordination**:

- Coordinate with authors for manuscript submissions, revisions, and approvals.
- Track publishing project progress and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare author contracts, manage documentation, and assist with copyright registrations.
- Manage ISBN registrations and catalog books.
- Assist with manuscript formatting and basic cover design.

**Social Media and Marketing**:

- Plan and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
- Create content such as captions, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor engagement and optimize strategies for social media growth.
- Organize giveaways, author spotlights, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with bloggers and influencers for reviews and promotions.

**Administrative and Personal Assistant Duties**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders for deadlines.
- Provide daily or weekly updates on pending tasks and priorities.
- Maintain spreadsheets for inventory, sales, royalties, and publishing timelines.
- Keep track of finances, payments, and royalties.
- Research industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
- Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and new projects.
- Create and maintain databases of potential clients, collaborators, and influencers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Strong English skills (written and verbal)** are mandatory.
- **Bachelor’s degree in English Literature** preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for books and publishing; being an avid reader is a plus
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and publishing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and tools like Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset, eager to learn, and self-motivated.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000 INR per month (Starting Salary).
- **Hours**: 8 hours per day, flexible working hours.
- **Location**: Remote.
- **Training**: 2 weeks of training will be provided to familiarize you with the role.
