**Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, authors, and business partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding AGPH Books' publishing services and products.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and service feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and service improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management (preferable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
