
Customer Relationship Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Provide product/service information and support to customers.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Identify potential sales opportunities or upselling chances and refer to the sales team.
- Gather customer feedback and report trends to help improve services and products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
