- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice to clients on luxury property investments, purchases, and sales.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including high-net-worth individuals, developers, and industry professionals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote luxury properties.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, laws, and best practices
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- experience in luxury real estate sales or consulting
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Relationship Executive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
