The Great Inflate Run (TGIR) is a Mumbai-based company bringing a first-of-its-kind event to India - an exciting 5km obstacle race featuring inflatable challenges As pioneers of this unique concept, we are committed to creating memorable experiences filled with fun, adventure, and excitement.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Event Coordinator** to join our team and help us execute this extraordinary event.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the event, ensuring its smooth execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for logistics, equipment, and other event requirements.
- Recruit, train, and manage event volunteers and staff.
- Develop and maintain a detailed event timeline and checklist.
- Liaise with marketing and communications teams to ensure proper promotion of the event.
- Handle on-site event operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and post-event breakdown.
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with event planning tools and software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:
