**Responsibilities**:
Event Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of fitness and wellness events, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and brand identity. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, venue selection, and event schedules.

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

On-Site Coordination: Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, participant registration, and coordination of event activities. Resolve any issues that may arise during events promptly and efficiently.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance. Utilize various channels to promote events and engage the target audience.

Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of each event and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators and event outcomes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
