We Require **Project Co-Ordinator **For **Warehouse Construction company** at **Bhiwandi**

**Location** - **Hybrid 4 days in Site Office(Bhiwandi & 2 days in Head Office (Thane)**

**Preferable Experience in Warehouse / Industrial projects**

**Duties & Responsibility**:

- Preparing estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, and equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.
- Obtaining multiple quotes for each of these and then selecting the most suitable offers.
- Exploring documentations in order to gain a deep understanding of project requirements.
- Communicating with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors efficiently; and preparing economic feasibility studies on

changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
- Planning material requirements, onboarding & negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
- Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and creating timely MIS.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required and reporting Minutes of meeting.
- Delegating tasks to various team members and monitoring the same.
- Understanding and meeting all technical requirements of the project.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
- Communicating with clients and resolving issues by supporting the site in charge.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
- Timely budget monitoring and preparing deviation analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills for strategic business expansion and cost reduction.

**Software Skills - MS Project / Autocad / MS Office**

**Key Skills - Planning / Monitoring / Project Controls & C-ordination / Quantity Surveyor**

**Working Days** **:Monday to Saturday | 09.00am to 06.30pm**

**Note - We have an 18 month bond compulsory.**
