Job Title: Project Planning &Coordination Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1012 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B. Arch (preferred); PMP or equivalent

certification will be an advantage.

Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination

between design, procurement, execution, and client teams to ensure timely and cost-

effective delivery of real estate/commercial/infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project) and track

progress against baselines.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to

ensure alignment on design, timelines, and deliverables.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and progress reports.

Facilitate weekly/monthly review meetings with management and stakeholders.

Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks; initiate corrective actions proactively.

Support tendering and bid evaluation from a planning perspective.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory norms.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory

requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong command over project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project).

Knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and dependencies.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Analytical mindset with ability to forecast risks and delays.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.

Exposure to large-scale real estate/mixed-use/commercial projects preferred.
