Manager / Assistant Manager Planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments using Primavera / MS Project.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Execution teams to align project timelines and resource plans.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (MIS).
  • Identify schedule delays, analyze root causes, and propose recovery plans.
  • Support budgeting and cost control teams in developing project baselines and forecasts.
  • Participate in tender planning, project phasing, and resource allocation exercises.
  • Assist management with project dashboards and portfolio-level planning reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 5 -12 years of experience in Project Planning within the Real Estate / Construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, construction sequencing, and timelines.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Exposure to high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred.
