The Asst. Manager will play a key role in driving the high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the projects by coordinating with the stakeholders, presenting the projects status to higher management and using the right tools for it.

Responsibilities:

·      Plan and oversee all aspects of interior turnkey projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and

implementation.

·      Develop project timelines and ensure that they are adhered to.

·      Manage project budgets and ensure that they are on track and within budget.

·      Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

·      Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that project is smoothly running.

·      Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project deliverables

are met.

·      Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

·      Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard.

·      Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.

Pre-requisites:

·      Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering and 6+ years or Industry Experience OR

·      Master's in construction management / project management and 4+ years of Industry Experience.

·      Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

·   Good knowledge of fit-out projects and interior execution.
