Experience• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Project Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management, and Project Management across EPC / EPCC / Industrial / Chemical / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure projects (domestic and international).• Strong experience with large-scale projects (worth >100 million USD) from FEED to Commissioning phases.Key Skills• Project Planning & Scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project)• Cost Control, Budgeting & Financial Analysis• Risk Management & Delay / EOT Claims• Project Monitoring, Reporting & Progress Measurement• Procurement & Vendor Coordination• Billing, Cash Flow & S-Curve Analysis• Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills• Excellent communication & stakeholder managementSoftware Proficiency• Primavera P6 – Expert (12+ years)• MS Project – Advanced (10+ years)• Deltek Acumen (Risk Analysis) – Proficient• Power BI – Working Knowledge• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Advanced• AutoCAD, SolidWorks – Working KnowledgeRoles & Responsibilities• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules (L-4/L-5) covering all phases – FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.• Prepare and monitor progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and S-curves comparing planned vs actual progress.• Lead risk identification, maintain risk register, and implement mitigation plans ensuring timely delivery.• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost control systems, cash flow reports, and financial analysis.• Liaise with procurement, finance, and project teams to monitor cost overruns and variances.• Conduct delay analysis and prepare EOT (Extension of Time) claims with all supporting documentation.• Interface with internal and external stakeholders – vendors, contractors, and consultants – for project coordination and expediting.• Prepare and review project documentation: progress reports, MOMs, method statements, and manpower plans.• Support management with data-driven insights and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.• Ensure compliance with HSE and company project control standards.
