**Job Summary**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Research and identify potential customers in the APAC region.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- **Account Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly update clients on product features, benefits, and updates.
- **Market Insights and Strategy**:

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the APAC region.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver exceptional service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, focusing on international markets, especially APAC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of any APAC regional language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
