**Job Title**: Project Manager - Civil Construction

**Job Location**: Various Construction Sites

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the monitoring and execution of civil construction works across multiple sites. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing manpower, coordinating with various government departments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all phases of civil construction projects, including roadwork and building infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient use of manpower and resources.
- Coordinate with various government agencies to ensure that all required permits, inspections, and compliance measures are met.
- Address and resolve issues related to project execution, including delays, safety concerns, and quality control.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any challenges faced.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and government representatives.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (15+ years) as a Project Manager in civil construction, with a focus on road and building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and government regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with government departments, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
