**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior, and real estate segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal development, negotiations, to deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, architects, consultants, real estate agents, and direct clients.
- Work closely with design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Trackand manage leads and opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong network within the construction or real estate sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales pipeline management tools.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
