**Position Title**:South Asia Marketing Manger**
**Job Location: Bangalore, KA-India**
**Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Work with global marketing team to create annual strategy and marketing plan.
- Development and execution of a detailed annual regional marketing plan and budgets to support delivery of regional business plans for engine and parts sales.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful product and customer strategies.
- Develop and document regional share of market, market analytics and understanding to identify growth opportunities.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Provide support and direction to the broader marketing team through mindful planning, production and execution of IPSD marketing programs and collaborations, including but not limited to: establishing strategy and objectives, writing creative briefs, overseeing budgets, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regional marketing, product marketing and sales teams.
- Identify and build consensus on KPIs for all programs; analyze performance results and make appropriate recommendations for future programs.
- Collaborate and network with the peer group, the broader sales and marketing organization, product teams, dealers and distributors, to continually improve quality and velocity of regional marketing activities.
- Manage the regional marketing budget that demonstrates strong ROI.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering or related field.
- 15 years job related experience.
- Management education / MBA from a reputed institute.
- Demonstrated, progressive marketing experience.
- Broad business background, specific long-term industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinker with experience creating comprehensive marketing plans and has strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues, mentor and coach, and/or persuade others on new methods of marketing, digital and social platforms, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build trusted business partnerships across both external and internal stakeholder groups.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Knowledge and experience of off highway diesel engines and/or machines market.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Training in six sigma / lean methodology.
**Additional Details**:
- Travel of 25 - 50% is required.
