**Stores & Dispatch Executive** will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing storage, and ensuring the timely dispatch of goods. This role requires efficient coordination between procurement, production, and logistics to maintain seamless supply.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company standards.
- Issue materials to production as per requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage area.
- Plan and execute dispatch schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee packing and dispatch of goods as per customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
- Maintain records of dispatched shipments, including invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Monitor stock availability for dispatch and address any shortages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
