Dispatch & Store Executive

1. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely stock updation (Material In / Material Out entries).
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct raw material and packaging material reconciliation periodically.
  • Ensure proper upkeep and organization of raw material and finished goods stores.
  • Verify raw materials issued and finished goods received from production daily.
  • Maintain systematic records for material inward, outward, and stock balances.

2. Dispatch Operations

  • Coordinate with the marketing and production teams for dispatch readiness and material clearance.
  • Prepare and verify Billing, E-way Bills, and Voucher Entries accurately.
  • Monitor packing activities as per approved packing instructions.
  • Ensure dispatch compliance with Sales Orders and customer requirements.
  • Arrange transportation and courier services for timely dispatch of goods.
  • Track and confirm that materials reach the customer safely and on time.
  • Maintain dispatch-related records and documentation for audit/reference.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • File all dispatch, billing, and stock documents neatly and systematically.
  • Maintain daily production and dispatch reports for management review.
  • Support management with data for inventory analysis and performance tracking.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with accounts, marketing, and production teams regarding dispatch schedules, order status, and billing requirements.
  • Address and resolve issues related to transport, material shortages, or dispatch delays.

5. Compliance & GST Working

  • Assist in GST working for dispatch-related transactions and ensure all required documents are maintained for statutory compliance.
  • Support periodic audits and ensure records are up-to-date.

6. Housekeeping & Administration

  • Monitor office and store housekeeping to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper material placement.
  • Maintain a record of attendance and support in salary sheet preparation for workers related to dispatch and store functions.

7. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in material handling, packing, and dispatch efficiency.
  • Ensure minimal material damage, wastage, and handling losses.
  • Work towards improving the accuracy of stock records and reducing dispatch errors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
