**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and update inventory records systematically in company systems.

**2. Operational Coordination**:

- Work closely with warehouses and the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee inventory processes, including **loading, unloading, and dispatch activities**.

**3. Order & Dispatch Management**:

- Ensure timely dispatch of materials and monitor orders and deliveries.
- Streamline dispatch and logistics operations for maximum efficiency.

**4. Payment Processing**:

- Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records.

**5. Client Support & Relationship Management**:

- Provide technical product support to clients, addressing their concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

**6. Sales Support & Process Improvement**:

- Assist the sales team in meeting targets and expanding the customer base.
- Work with internal teams to identify and implement operational improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field**.
- Minimum **1 year of experience in operations within a product-based industry**.
- Strong understanding of **inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, particularly Excel**.
- Excellent **communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
