**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Scouting & Research**:

- Identify and track emerging talent across different entertainment genres.
- Utilize social media tools to discover and engage with new and unique artists.
- **Operational & Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Maintain detailed records and reports for artist bookings and event logistics.
- **Communication & Negotiation**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English & Hindi**.
- Negotiate with artists and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- **Event Execution & Logistics**:

- Travel with artists for events and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for seamless event operations.
- **Client & Inquiry Management**:

- Handle multiple client inquiries from the CS/BD teams and suggest the best artist options.
- Ensure prompt responses and a proactive approach to client requirements.
- **Time Management & Proactive Execution**:

- Follow strict timelines for assigned tasks and demonstrate a **proactive approach**.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficiency.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Must have a **personal laptop** for work.
- Willing to work **beyond standard working hours** as per business demands.
