**Job Description (Operations - Export & Import)**

Handling Shipping Instruction documents, Awb, MBL & HBL Management ,placing bookings with liners, VGM filing coordinating with the exporter of cargo and field operation executive to ensure a smooth custom clearance process & loading of the container

Key Responsibilities

**Ensure accuracy in filling the Shipping instructions to avoid delays and penalties.**

Handle Awb ,MBL, & HBL drafts & final with zero error

Place bookings with liners ,Nvocc airlines to Ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations.

Coordinate with Custom Clearance agent, liners, transporters to Address and resolve issues related to shipments ts to avoid delays, holds, and discrepancies..

File VGM with odeX accurately and timely

Make invoice in the software.

Job Requirements:
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results efficiently.

Graduation in any stream
Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations with freight forwarder is must, specifically in export and import (air and sea) ,

**Filling Shipping Instruction experience with various lines is must**

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office

Immediate joiners are highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
