**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all materials and products in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering to ensure the availability of materials without overstocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

**Material Handling**:

- Supervise the safe loading and unloading of materials and goods.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of raw materials, components, and finished products as per company standards.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, and report discrepancies to the procurement team.

**Record Keeping & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, and returns of materials.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (such as delivery notes, material requisitions, etc.) is properly filed and maintained.
- Process stock entries and exits in the ERP system accurately.

**Coordination with Departments**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials required for manufacturing.
- Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to manage stock replenishment and material flow.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards in the storage and handling of materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Material Dispatch**:

- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials for production or customer orders.
- Coordinate with the shipping and logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and stock movement.
- Report any material shortages, overstock, or other inventory-related concerns to the supervisor/management.

**Key Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a relevant technical qualification (e.g., B.Com, BBA, or Engineering Diploma).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management or inventory handling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to handle material handling equipment and tools safely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse protocols.

**Personal Traits**:

- Responsible, proactive, and quick to resolve any inventory or material-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
