Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Executive. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's

industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials in the inventory management

system.
- Regularly conduct physical stock checks to reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.

2. Receiving and Dispatch:

- Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, and ensure proper storage.
- Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished

goods.
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.

3. Quality Control:

- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all incoming materials meet the required

standards.
- Implement and maintain proper storage conditions for sensitive or hazardous materials.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to inventory, including invoices, packing

lists, and delivery receipts.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies.

5. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the storage and handling of

materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in store management, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in handling chemicals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
