One of our esteemed clients is a Machine Tools Industry, it’s almost 25th years old, operating in Vikhroli and factory at Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Also planning to expand business by opening a new factory in Mangaon, 104 KM from Mumbai on Mumbai Goa Highway.

**JOB TITLE**: Store Executive (Male less than 30 yrs only)

**DEPARTMENT**: Stores

**LOCATION**:Mahape (Navi Mumbai)

**NUMBER OF VACANCIES**:1

**BASIC PURPOSE**:
To manage and responsible for the entire stores department, train and supervise activities of Stores Asst. and coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts department

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Order and expedite purchased materials

Order and expedite fabricated parts

Manages every item coming inside the company and going out

Raising indent to Purchase Department to arrange such items, which has fallen below the minimum inventory level

Responsible for making Challan and arrange the transport and workout the economical logistics to deliver these materials to respective vendors

Identifying parts and materials and storing at designated place

Following the standard procedure of Stores department of SHPL

Train and supervise the job performed by Stores Asst.

**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**:
The Storekeeper reports to Managing Director. This position has frequent day-to-day contact with Sr.Purchase Engineer, Jr. Accounts Officer, Store Assistant, Sr. Production Engineer, Sales Executive and Marketing Executive.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

B.Sc./B.Com/ Diploma Mech. Engineer

**EXPERIENCE**:
Manages every item coming inside the company and going out

Raising indent to Purchase Department to arrange such items, which has fallen below the minimum inventory level

Responsible for making Challan and arrange the transport and workout the economical logistics to deliver these materials to respective vendors

Identifying parts and materials and storing at designated place

outsourcing (subcontracting) as required by design/ production

Informing Quality Control department of inward material.

**KNOWLEDGE**:
**WORK CONDITIONS**:
Office will be working from Monday to Saturday 8.30 AM to 5 PM

Sunday would be weekly off.

No casual or sick leave will be provided. 8 Paid leaves will be allowed.

Employee will be allowed privilege leave only after completion of 240 working days.
