**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a Hindi language curriculum that aligns with CBSE/ICSE/State Board standards and caters to the developmental needs of primary school students.
- Teach basic language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension in Hindi to students in Grades 1 to 5.
- Introduce students to Hindi literature, poetry, stories, and grammar, fostering an appreciation for the language and its cultural significance.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, songs, games, and interactive activities, to make learning Hindi enjoyable and effective.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution, and cultural events to enhance their language skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide additional support to students who may need extra help in mastering the Hindi language through remedial classes and individualized attention.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and provide guidance on how they can support Hindi learning at home.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Hindi language learning into broader school activities and events.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and resources in Hindi language education.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the primary school level.
- Strong command of the Hindi language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools for language teaching.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
