**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons for primary school students, covering topics such as basic arithmetic, geometry, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
- Use creative teaching methods, games, and interactive activities to make mathematics enjoyable and easy to understand.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment where students feel encouraged and confident in their learning abilities.
- Assess students regularly through quizzes, tests, and assignments to monitor their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who need extra help in understanding math concepts.
- Use a variety of teaching tools, including digital resources, math manipulatives, and visual aids, to enhance learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary school level is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of primary school math curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with child-centered teaching methods and activity-based learning.
- Creative approaches to making math fun and relatable for students.
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
