**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and student-centered lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs and promote active participation in class.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, including storytelling, hands-on activities, group work, and digital tools, to make learning interactive and fun.
- Focus on developing students’ critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and other forms of evaluation, providing constructive feedback and support where needed.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters respect, discipline, and a love for learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child’s academic progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching primary-level students is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and child-centered teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage young students and adapt lessons to diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in using technology to support interactive learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with activity-based learning and innovative teaching practices.
- Creative approaches to making learning enjoyable and meaningful for primary students.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
