We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specialized in Political Science to join our team at a CBSE-affiliated school.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in political science in accordance with the CBSE curriculum guidelines and examination requirements.
- Deliver interactive lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate activities to help students comprehend complex political concepts, theories, and ideologies.
- Design and administer assessments, including tests, quizzes, and projects, to evaluate students' understanding and monitor their academic progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their assignments and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and offering additional support as needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and respectful communication among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies, share resources, and enhance the overall academic program in line with CBSE standards.
- Stay updated on CBSE policies, examination patterns, and curriculum revisions related to political science, integrating relevant changes into teaching practices.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development activities to engage stakeholders, support student growth, and contribute to the school community.

Qualification:

- Master's degree or higher in Political Science or a related field from a recognized university.
- A valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification in accordance with CBSE regulations.
- Previous experience teaching political science at the secondary level, preferably within the CBSE framework.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum standards, assessment practices, and examination formats for political science.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engage students effectively.

**Salary**: 30-35K in hand

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
