**Job Title**: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English for Class 9 & 10 (CBSE)

**Location**: Kanha Makhan Public School, Mathura

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate TGT English teacher to instruct Class 9 and 10 students following the CBSE curriculum. The teacher will develop students' proficiency in English language skills, including reading, writing, and critical analysis, while fostering a love for literature.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Create and execute engaging lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE English curriculum.
- Use various instructional methods to enhance student understanding and interest in English literature and language.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and examinations to measure student learning outcomes.
- Provide meaningful feedback to students to support their academic growth and improve performance.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills among students.
- Identify and assist students with different learning needs, providing additional support as required.
- **Curriculum Development and Resource Use**:

- Stay updated with curriculum changes and integrate innovative teaching resources and activities.
- Use multimedia and other resources to make lessons more interactive and relatable.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues for cross-curricular initiatives and school-wide activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in teacher training sessions, workshops, and departmental meetings.
- Seek continuous growth opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Prior experience teaching English at the secondary level (preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language, with expertise in grammar, literature, and writing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students toward academic excellence.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
