**Job Title**: (TGT) - English

**Position Summary**:
The TGT English Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literature to students, fostering skills in reading, writing, comprehension, and critical analysis. This role includes preparing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and inspiring a love for literature. The teacher should create a supportive and challenging classroom environment to help students develop strong language and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **English Instruction**: Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, and composition as per curriculum standards.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to varying student levels and align with curriculum objectives.
- **Reading and Writing Development**: Guide students in improving reading comprehension, writing clarity, and analytical skills through structured activities.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate students through tests, essays, assignments, and presentations; provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Encourage Critical Thinking**: Promote analytical and critical thinking by discussing various genres and styles in literature, poetry, and nonfiction.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**: Organize and participate in school events like debates, drama, and writing competitions that enhance English language skills.
- **Parent and Staff Collaboration**: Communicate with parents regarding student progress and collaborate with colleagues to support student success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent certification for TGT.
- Experience in teaching English to middle or high school students.
- Proficiency in English language skills, with a strong grasp of literature and grammar.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
