**Job Title**: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Economics for Class 11 & 12 (CBSE)

**Location**: Kanha Makhan Public School, Mathura

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable PGT Economics teacher to educate Class 11 and 12 students according to the CBSE curriculum. The teacher will foster analytical skills, economic reasoning, and a comprehensive understanding of economics concepts among students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that align with the CBSE Economics syllabus.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare assignments, projects, tests, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of Economics.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills in students to interpret economic data and trends.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional assistance as required.
- **Curriculum Development and Resource Integration**:

- Keep up-to-date with curriculum changes and integrate current economic events and resources into lessons.
- Utilize technology and interactive tools to facilitate practical and theoretical understanding.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate with parents to provide insights into student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
- Seek opportunities for continuous learning to stay updated on economic trends and teaching best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Economics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (preferred) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong grasp of economics concepts, theories, and CBSE curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
