Customer Relations: Building Materials

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the building materials sector. The role acts as a vital bridge between the sales team, operations, and the client.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients including dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and project heads.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Ensure prompt resolution of product/service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Proactively follow up with clients for repeat business, referrals, and satisfaction checks.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations when needed.
- Generate customer satisfaction reports and support sales team in retention strategies.
**Key Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Prior exposure to the building materials industry (cement, tiles, paints, plywood, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of building materials and construction-related processes.
- Experience working with dealer/distributor networks and project clients.
- Fluency in local language(s) in addition to English.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
