**Profile Introduction**:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our building materials to contractors, builders, and distributors. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Conduct regular site visits to build relationships and promote our products.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and generate leads.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
