**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularly.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups between clients and the sales team.
- Share product/service information clearly and effectively.
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer queries, and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain records of calls and sales status reports.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and follow-up KPIs.
- Support sales executives with documentation, quotation, or order coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales coordination role.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and regional language.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
