Operating and maintaining electrical equipment’s like UPS, inverters, electrical panels, power distributions, heat ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), fire alarm and transformers.

Operating and maintaining CCTV cameras, STP plant, OWC plant, diesel generator and MEP systems.

Proficient with Firefighting system like hydrant, sprinkler, and jockey pumps maintenance and report maintaining of water pressure in all lines

Developing and implementing strategies to reduce power consumption and improve energy efficiency, as per site requirements.

Monitoring and inspecting project work pertaining to mechanical, plumbing and civil.

Handling and leading shut down activities on site and ensuring the precautionary safety of equipment’s and devices on site.

Preparing and maintaining daily, monthly and quarterly basis reports pertaining to site activities and performance.

Coordinating with other maintenance and operations staff to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and effectively.

Maintaining complaints tracker and service reports for attending request raised by clients.

Co-ordinating and interacting with clients and updating site activities and performance.

Co-ordinating with vendors and sub vendors for site maintenance activities, AMC schedules, comparative quotations and ensuring their performance on site.

Maintaining and preparing stock inventory, co-ordinating with vendors for procurement of MEP materials and rate comparison.

Preparing schedule for site visit on weekly basis and preparing reports with action plan and discussing the same with clients.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
