**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proprietary Scouting**: Identify and scout potential commercial properties for sale or lease in the West Pune region, ensuring a diverse and profitable portfolio.
- **Cold Calling**: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, including businesses, investors, and developers, to generate new leads and build a strong client base.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Actively manage leads, follow up, and convert prospects into clients by offering tailored property solutions.
- **Market Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the West Pune commercial real estate market.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry contacts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- **Negotiations & Closing Deals**: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring that all deals are closed successfully and in the best interest of the company and client.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions in the CRM system.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field, with a strong focus on lead generation and sales conversion.
- In-depth knowledge of the West Pune commercial property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a drive for sales and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software/Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the city as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in dealing with both small and large-scale commercial real estate transactions.
- Prior experience in cold calling and working in a fast-paced sales environment.
