Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial/Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving sales through direct clients as well as channel partners, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring business growth in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial/retail sales segment.
 - Develop, manage, and support channel partners to expand reach and drive sales growth.
 - Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
 - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
 - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
 - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
 - Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and trackers.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
 - 110 years of experience in Commercial/Retail/Channel Partner Sales.
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
 - Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
