**Position Summary**:
The Commercial Executive will support sales and business development activities for foundry consumable products such as resins, coatings, filters, and binders. The role involves handling customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating logistics, managing pricing, and supporting after-sales service to ensure a seamless commercial experience and drive customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for customer-specific requirements and product trials.
- Order & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and liaise with the supply chain for replenishment.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Documentation & Pricing
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and credit limits.
- Assist in pricing decisions and ensure alignment with company margin policies.
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Collect feedback from customers regarding market trends, competitor pricing, and product performance.
- Share insights with the sales and product development teams for strategic decision-making.
- Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the production, finance, logistics, and quality teams for smooth execution of commercial operations.
- Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance documentation related to sales and distribution.
