**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Cross-Border Customer Support - Client Representative & Retention Specialist** to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various international markets, focusing on client support, relationship building, and retention strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Support**:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients across multiple regions and markets.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide effective solutions, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or product-related issues efficiently and accurately.
- Provide product information, usage guidelines, and address concerns in a clear and helpful manner.
- **Client Retention**:
- Develop and execute client retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and feedback.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure continued satisfaction and resolve any concerns before they escalate.
- Monitor client health metrics and take preemptive actions to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to provide a seamless client experience and maximize customer lifetime value.
- **Cross-Border Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with clients from diverse cultural and regional backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their unique expectations.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication, considering time zone differences.
- Maintain knowledge of regional market trends, regulations, and challenges to better support clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
