Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cross-Border Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our consumers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of our products and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or instant message.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues and escalate more technical product-related matters to the appropriate department.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and utilize tools and resources effectively to resolve issues.
  • Process a high volume of consumer inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cross-border services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and operation, with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
  • Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others, including customers and colleagues.
