
Consumer Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Consumer Support Associate. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues and provide timely resolutions to consumer inquiries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or instant message
- Serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues and escalating complex problems to the Product Support department when necessary
- Processing a high volume of consumer inquiries and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
- Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying root causes, and using available tools and resources to determine the best course of action to resolve customer complaints
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate resource and following up with coaching and mentoring to ensure proper resolution and knowledge acquisition
- Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues
- Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records of contact details
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a solid understanding of our company's products, services, and business operations. Additionally, they will have the ability to navigate computer systems and operate software applications with ease.
