**Job Requirement: Customer Support Associate - Courier Karo**
- Managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate data records.
- Ensuring high sales performance by effectively managing customer relationships.
- Handling the delivery of all shipments efficiently and coordinating with customers.
- Following up on NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) shipments and resolving issues promptly.
- Addressing and solving customer support tickets within the defined timelines.
