**Strategy & Product Marketing role with Leading Insurance Company**

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and own the focussed market & product marketing strategy to achieve product, project and ultimately customer success.
- Lead cross-functional teams with respect to existing product marketing and to device segmented marketing plans across channels.
- Lead seller acquisition across channels, work closely with sales leaders and business planners to create roadmaps. Identify industry best practices, devise new strategies, continuously monitor and update stake holders.
- Maintain high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Drive and own the top 3 strategic pillars for the company as per the agreed AOP with the management.
- We expect the following things from you
- A minimum of 10+ years of solid product marketing experience (BFSI industry a plus)
- Ability to construct a roadmap, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion.
- End to End delivery - making phasing decisions, creating GTMs, analysing post launch metrics and continuous iteration
- Data oriented approach - a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers. Solid grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage.
