We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in **BPO Sales and Lead Generation**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients for BPO services.
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
- Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in BPO sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in **afternoon shift timings**.

**Salary & Benefits**:
