Leading computer Peripheral company requires **Social Media Executive**
- MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications is mandatory.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably in a managerial role).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, content strategy, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to convert ideas into effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing multiple campaigns and handling external agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and brand promotions.
- Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to each platform.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing campaigns.

**Content Management & Creativity**
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, and visual design in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Approve creative briefs, campaign plans, and final outputs ensuring brand tone and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

**Team & Agency Coordination**
- Manage and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, influencers, and creative partners.
- Lead and mentor the in-house social media and creative team.
- Monitor the performance of agency deliverables and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI on campaigns

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,086.00 - ₹60,243.32 per month
