The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and developing our social media channels, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and build a strong online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content (images, videos, blogs, captions).
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, sales) to align messaging and campaigns.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and engage with followers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Foster meaningful conversations with the community to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track performance across platforms using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights, etc.).
- Generate reports on social media metrics and provide actionable insights for future strategies.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**:

- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Analyze the ROI of paid ads and adjust strategies as necessary.
- **Collaboration & Campaign Execution**:

- Work with influencers, brands, and partners to execute social media campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- **Brand Monitoring & Trendspotting**:

- Monitor brand mentions and track industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for content creation based on trending topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation tools.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
