**Job Title**: Social Media Executive
**Location**: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, X (Twitter), Quora, and more.
- Plan and manage content calendars, scheduling posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Publer.
- Create high-quality platform-specific content including graphics, videos, and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Microsoft Clarity and social platform insights to generate actionable reports.
- Edit and design promotional videos and graphics using **DaVinci Resolve** and **Canva Pro** to increase engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and improving engagement.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and scheduling tools (Clarity, Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer).
- Video editing and design experience with DaVinci Resolve and Canva Pro is a plus.
