**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, publishing, monitoring, and community management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage in relevant conversations and capitalize on current events.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
- Assist in the development of social media guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, digital advertising, and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
- Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment is preferred.

**Position Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
